Whitecourt October 7

Whitecourt Rotary Club with President Lindsay Moyle at the helm continues to inspire their community by their service.

Stop by and check out Rotary Park in Whitecourt. The park is a central gathering spot for many civic events. There are even fish in the lake...Morris wanted us to see the brick retaining wall which was a hands-on project. Future Park expansion plans are being discussed and may include a band or performance shell.

Another impressive Rotary Project is the running track at the new sports complex. WOW! Rotary is visible in this town.

The club supports the Belize Literacy Program and the Girl's School in Ethiopia (Westlock Club project)

The club is famous for it's community lobster dinners...great fundraiser.

ADG Thelma Maris was on hand and observed the induction of a new member to the club and Paul Harris recognition. presentation.

Whitecourt is a vibrant and welcoming community where the average age is 36. Membership extension is certainly a possibility as well as Interact...

Go Whitecourt!
